Return Policy for Retail Customers

At B & J Wholesale, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a product. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Exclusions:

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used vape liquids, cartridges, or disposable vape pens unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.

3. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before authorizing a return.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bjwholesale88@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee may be applied to returns that are not due to our error or if the product is returned in a condition that is not fully resalable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Replacements will be shipped to the wholesale customer at no additional cost.

6. Exclusions:

  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Returns are not accepted for products that are no longer in saleable condition due to misuse or mishandling by the wholesale customer.
